" Another wonderful visit to the DeKalb-Sycamore Sports Clip store on 7/20/2026. Normally for my monthly visit, I am one of the first four to arrive for my hair cut. Due to early morning appointments, I didn't arrive till after 10:30 am , went in and there was shanna greeting me with her usual smile. No cars in the parking lot so thought I could get seated right away, wrong-I looked up at the reservation board and there were six reservations ahead of me and ALL for Shanna. She told me it would be about a two and a half to 3 hour wait which was fine with me. Went home, had lunch with my wife, ran other errands and ultimately went back for another wonderful haircut from Shanna. She is always smiling, cares for all her customers, her other stylists respect her, the office is clean and neat, great displays and finally, thanks much for keeping the "season ticket" promotions, available for all the customers. This franchise is doing a great business.
Sunshine was the best! She knew exactly what I wanted and explained her process in full detail. Never pushy and very positive, even when I was being difficult.
I left feeling better about myself and my self-confidence was elevated. No need to wear a hat anytime soon. Looking forward to my next trim!
