The person that did my hair tgis latest time, was so nice and professional. The hair cut was exactly what I said and wanted. Best hair cut in long while.
Michelle did fantastic! She listened to what my son wanted and was patient and kind with him. Michelle asked him questions along the way to understand exactly how to get his hair how he was thinking, and made him feel apart of the process.
When we were walking out, my son (10 years old) told me that he was so happy to have this hair person because she listened to him and a younger hair person may have gotten frustrated with him and not did what he wanted.
