What I don’t like is not being able to make an appointment. I can’t even put my name in for my stylist till she is in the building. Example - Stylist available at 11:00 - I cant get on the list to be her first client at 11:00 - I come in at 11:00 and find out they were slow so they told her not to come in till 12:00. I then need to wait till 12:00 to get on the list

I enjoy the MVP package! A haircut is always something that you "have to do" every so often. At Sports Clips, you can register your spot online or in the app, and it will text you and tell you when you're "On Deck", and it's almost your turn! Brilliant! I don't want to sit and surf on my phone while other dudes get their haircuts done, this solves that problem! On top of that, the hot towel while you get your hair washed it NEXT LEVEL! Great way to just zone out, enjoy the messaging chair, and get your scalp washed and massaged. It's really great. Since I've moved to Lockport, IL, it's the only place I go and get my hair cut. Thanks!

Everything looks good, but it feels a bit pricey compared to other places offering the same services.
Most of the stylists are well trained and provide good service. I have found that Katelyn is the best for me. I would wait a week or two if she was not in the shop. Some time ago, I really needed a haircut but she was not working in Batavia. I called and found that she was filling in at the Aurora shop. I drove to Aurora for a haircut that day.
She could get my recommendation for anyone that asks.
