I went to the Bradley IL location and my hairstylist was Mara. She is the best hairstylist I ever had. The first time I had her she asked how I liked my haircut and she listened and cut it exactly how i wanted it. I probably had her 10 times since then and every time its perfect. I know it doesn’t sound like a big deal and that’s how it is supposed to be done but in my experience it’s rare. Not to mention she is such a nice person and seems to always be in a good mood.

On time appointments
The service is fine. The only problem is when trying to set up an appointment on your way home. Sometimes it says there is zero wait time but you are 30 minutes away. Be nice to be able set a future time up.
