I like the system of getting in line remotely so there isn't a long wait. I also appreciate the senior and military veteran discounts--it makes it possible on my fixed income to have a haircut when needed (rather than waiting longer between them). I also appreciate the friendly interactions with the person cutting my hair--always a positive experience.

My haircut is always perfect. I go to Wendy most of the time because she is awesome. If she is not available, all others do very well as they have my preferred cut saved in their computer. I buy the Season Passes and love the deal. I own every shampoo that you sell and they are all wonderful.

I really appreciate the fact that my specific haircut facts are maintained in Sports Clips computer system. Rather than having to try to describe how I want my hair cut to a stylist, I can just verify that I want it cut in accordance with my Sports Clips computer file. If I ever want to tweak the process for a little bit longer here, or a bot shorter there, I just need to let the stylist know to update my file, and I can rest assured that my future haircuts will be the same each time.
Ky was fantastic with my adult autistic son. and he’s never gotten such a wonderful haircutt. Not to mention the warm facial towel and long massage with the hair washing! She is a tender-hearted, beautiful human being.🙌🏼🩵
