On my last visit after waiting for 40 minutes i was passed over and had to wait another 25 minutes so a stylist could leave. Even though I selected a stylist and was next up. I book my visit with my regular stylist heather. Not her fault. Not very good customer service

Good hair cut fast
It was my first time at the Montgomery location, it is very convenient. The staff is the best at what they do. My hair cut was done Daisy and I must say she did a great job.
Though it was my first time at this location, I felt the welcoming could have been a little warmer by being acknowledge by any staff member as I entered. No welcome greeting, no introduction on who they were until I asked. I highly recommend Sport Clips for they are the best at what they do when it comes to hair.
Ease in making an appointment & not having to wait long. Plus, the young lady who cuts my hair (Heather) is friendly & informative.
