The staff is friendly and I can get a haircut fast. The only problem is sometimes the sign in says there is zero waiting time and I an 20 minutes away so I have to wait for someone else to sign in so i can follow them.

I like the way the hair stylists take care of my hair cut. Always a good experience. Karen, the hair stylist I visited was very good and did a great job. I will be back again this next time I need my hair trimmed.

Jordan is excellent at her trade and even better with knowing he long time customers. When she is working you need to get in line quickly.
Kristy is a great stylist. Skilled, confident, and thorough are words I'd use to describe her. Its also nice to have a normal conversation with her. Those moments make life slow down to enjoy the time of life. I can tell Kristy is simply a good person from our chair chats. I look forward to my next visit to her station.

I am a retired retail store manager with 30+ years of experience. I normally do not respond to surveys. It is so rare to find a leader that is performing at a high level. Shanna is exceptional. These were my observations. Upon entering the store it was clean and inviting. The energy was upbeat and energetic. I witnessed positive engagements between Shanna and her team. Every guest that entered were immediately acknowledged. Add-ons and additional services were being recommended but not overly pushed. You can really tell when someone cares about their store and their team. I am sure that when her District Manager reads this they will say "yep, that's Shanna" I know how these surveys work and sometimes the good and bad ones get pushed up the chain. I really hope this one makes it to the top.
