Haircut and client needs are stored in system, which makes haircuts more efficient especially when stylists come and go. Beard and eyebrow trimming are a plus too.
Zeina is my stylist at the Northbrook, IL store. I have a hearing problem and she always makes adjustments to make sure that I am hearing what she is saying - by making eye contact or tapping me on the shoulder or speaking louder / enunciating more clearly. This makes my experience much more relaxing and welcoming. In addition, she gives me a great haircut and I always feel like $1M when I leave. The team at the shop always greets me and makes sure that I have checked in and proved great support for an excellent customer experience. Kudos to the shop leadership. They should get some sort of local recognition!

There is a special environment in Naperville II. Every stylist is professional and very engaging with each client. From small children to the old guys like me. I see dads, moms, daughters and sons waiting comfortably for the men (boys) to get the MVP treatment. As soon as you walk into this store, you will feel welcome and know you are in the right place.
