Phil works on bikes. Phil is like a master craftsman, making bikes ‘zing’. Phil’s work on my ol’ Merckx has transformed how it runs and feels on the road. My ol’ Merckx was a bike I used on the trainer, to now, it is the one bike I choose to ride outside. Kudos to Phil.
