I particularly like the professional, friendly service. As an older person who is new to bike riding, I have found that the Trek Marlin bike is perfect for my needs, and I am enjoying riding it. Whenever I've had questions, a problem with my bike, or needed it serviced, staff have been helpful, fast and efficient. The chief mechanic knows his stuff and the guys do not have chips on their shoulder like Shaws Cycles, which sucks!
