Impressed you could actually go for a ride on a store e-bike before buying to see what it was like.
Two other stores in town showed not much interest and only tried to sell me a cheaper bike.

I gave very little notice about an issue I was having with my bike before dropping it in to have it looked at. I received a call the following day about what was causing the issue and what parts that needed to be replaced.
Within a week, they had ordered in the replacement parts and had them installed ready for me to pick up the repaired bike. Very good service!
