During the initial enquiry to purchase, Matt and Phil took considerable time to measure my non-standard body shape to ensure the right frame and model was chosen. Upon delivery of the bike Matt again spent significant time ensuring the frame setup matched, my frame. This has proven so valuable as the fit and enjoyment of riding the bike is a delight. Just completed the Amy Gillett 130km yesterday with minimal aches and became one with the bike! Now just wrestling with feeling like I've gone to the 'dark side'...from years of MTB!
