Great products and friendly service. Only gripe was when I was looking for a 32mm bike tyre that wasn't in stock, they didn't offer to see if they could get it in from another store. I ended up ordering it online from another Trek stockist myself. Maybe that's not a service they provide?
For an older rider, who never wears Lycra but has ridden for a lifetime, the friendly professionalism of the staff has reignited my love for my bike. At this point in life nothing beats my ‘Trek’ except another.

The bikes and range are amazing. But the people in the store are what makes it. Helpful and knowledgeable.
Simply the best! The only place I trust my bikes at. The staff and service are worth the 1.5 hour each way drive. Ben and Corey are the friendliest people I’ve met. Every time I enter the shop, it feels like home. You’re not a customer at Cyclescape Bendigo, you’re family and you feel that way with every visit. The service and workmanship is world class. Cannot recommend this workshop more highly.
