Matt was fantastic, he did a great job in up selling us from a marlin to a roscoe, he throughly explained the difference between a few bikes, in English not bike terms which as a novice I really appreciated..
I had been to a few different bike shops, but the sales people where rude an made us feel like we didn’t have the money to be looking at that range of bike, Matt was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable his attitude is what made us purchase from them, fantastic customer service..
