Well the boss man is a bit weird😀😀😀 - but apart from that excellent service and support. It’s the people who make it.
The only issue is they have become that popular that service times can be an issue. I reckon adding Cory will assist on that front.
Friendly efficient service
Recently I called the Bendigo store to arrange a service m Trek Rail 7. I explained an issue I was having with the bike, they asked me to have a look at the bike. They offered to correct the issue on the spot without any hesitation. Thanks to Ben, Leroy, and the rest of the team. Matt, you have a wonderful team working for in Bendigo.

Good people and good service. My first impression was Hugo, who started checking my bike and lubed my chain without knowing that I booked it in for a service. I spoke to Ben when I collected my bike. Overall the team did a good job, and I'm delighted.
