All the team at Cyclescape especially, Matt, Steve and Phill. Nothing was too much for them, as far as knowledge goes they certainly know about the products that they sell. I went into the store asking for advice on ebikes, they where just so helpful, and gave me all the time I needed and answered all my questions.
I purchased an ebike a few weeks later, absolutely love it.
Service from the first visit was top shelf- Steve was more than helpful and really wanted to make sure that Jack (12yo) got the right bike to suit. his advise and knowledge let me buy with confidence
