Excellent and friendly service
All the team at Cyclescape especially, Matt, Steve and Phill. Nothing was too much for them, as far as knowledge goes they certainly know about the products that they sell. I went into the store asking for advice on ebikes, they where just so helpful, and gave me all the time I needed and answered all my questions.
I purchased an ebike a few weeks later, absolutely love it.
Service from the first visit was top shelf- Steve was more than helpful and really wanted to make sure that Jack (12yo) got the right bike to suit. his advise and knowledge let me buy with confidence
Bike arrived early which was great and we set a time to collect- it was there set and ready when we came back which was great! jack loves his bike

Good people and good service. My first impression was Hugo, who started checking my bike and lubed my chain without knowing that I booked it in for a service. I spoke to Ben when I collected my bike. Overall the team did a good job, and I'm delighted.
