I contacted the Ballarat Store after an online search. I live in New Zealand and was hoping to purchase a balance bike and helmet for my grandson in Victoria.
My first contact was with Sam and he was very helpful but I needed to phone back about transport etc and then got Steve. The guys were wonderful, excellent customer service, they went over and above to see my needs met. I will definitely be back for any future bike purchases. You made it so easy and I am very grateful.
