I went in for an Electra Townie bike for my Mothers Day present. The store was busy but I was acknowledged when I came in and was served quite quickly. I didn’t feel rushed as I asked some questions and got to view the bike and be sure it was the one for me. Phil delivered it for me and the end of his shift and checked I was good to go for my first ride . The prices was great, service was excellent and I’ll absolutely buy any future bikes from them. Oh and don’t forget about Stevie, she’s a great distraction during a busy Saturday.

The price charged to redo a few tyres was very reasonable. I would have been severally price gouged by a factor of 5 had I gone to the BGO Giant store. I now know where I will be taking my bike in for any further work...you guys.
