My wife dropped off her timberjack for a honkin’ brake, everyone was super friendly and communicative. The mechanic Aaron that worked on it was awesome and went out of his way to both get the bike done fast and right for what was kind of a weird issue (Incentivize that employee!!). When I got there to pick it up I expected the bill to be double what it was. Overall fantastic experience. Thanks for keeping our wheels in the dirt!!!

I finally got a problem fixed that I have had for a couple of years. Easy to interact with staff. Mechanic who fixed my bike had me ride it and had suggestions on comfort and saddle position. Very helpful staff at checkout.

I have always liked the shop in Minneapolis. My wife and I happened to be going by the Richfield store and stopped in. Ben helped us out and we both have new bikes we love. You have a very good employee in Ben.

Friendly and knowledgeable

I've been a customer of Freewheel Bike for a number of years, usually at their Greenway location in Minneapolis. I'm glad that there is one in Richfield, closer to where I live. Always great service and knowledgeable technicians.

If you don't have it in store, you are able to get it shipped to the store quickly at no cost. And I know I can easily return it if it doesn't work for me. Always friendly people at the Richfield store. I'm happy you kept this location open. A true neighborhood bike shop. And I appreciate the effort to protect customers and employees in this COVID-19 pandemic.
