I’ve bought 3 bikes and worked with 8 different people this summer. I’ve gotten great advice, service, route recommendations, etc.

We choose Freewheel Bike for my son’s new bike because of their experience and relationship with Trek. Our last bike purchase from a larger sports retailer was a mistake. We expected Freewheel to be different, and each visit confirmed that they were different and cared a lot more than the traditional retailers.
We’ll be back to get our next bike there too.

We we’re looking for a bike for our five year old high energy boy, we went to various stores and didn’t feel the same treatment and attention. So we came back. Personally, I’m the kind of customer that don’t like being followed around but in this situation we needed help figuring out size and adaptability for our kid’s first bike. The staff that welcomed us two days in a row were there to provide that kind of service, they allowed time for us to look at the bike and didn’t push us to make the purchase. Thank you for all the work you do and also for keeping strong safety guidelines during the pandemic.

I purchased a Trek Verve 3+ in June, and it has been life changing! I LOVE it !! I want to ride all the time now. I just brought my bike in for it's first "tune up/ check" and I was very impressed with the service I got. During these "Covid" changes for businesses, Freewheel is handling things Very well! I felt safe but also very well treated.
