The customer service was fantastic. We were looking for a new bike for our 7-year-old daughter. After calling to confirm that Freewheel in Richfield had one in stock, we were greeted at the door by Ray. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic (but not annoying), and best of all spoke directly to my daughter to make sure she was excited and knew everything about her new bike. I was so impressed with the dignity and respect he gave to her. She is thrilled with her new bike and hasn’t stopped smiling since. We will DEFINITELY buy our next bike from Freewheel. Thank you!!

Just had a 1989 Trek 1200 completely serviced and tuned up, and added all kinds of new equipment to it. Turned the entire project around in 1 week, the bike looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier to have it back and riding it again! Big thanks for your work!!
