I was in the Richfield shop on Wednesday and had a great experience. This was my first purchase of a nice bike and Ben helped me throughout the entire process. He answered countless questions and helped me pick out the perfect bike and accessories. I will definitely be back.

What do you like about our products and services?

I brought my 10-year-old great-nephew to pick-up his Marlin 7. I loved how he was treated. Everyone in the shop was excited about his new bike. I could tell it made him feel special and the bike meant so much more for him. Thanks.

Excellent customer service - Tom determined the right bike by listening carefully and asking the right questions. He went the extra mile by making sure the bike was a proper fit and by showing us the proper way to load the bike. We never felt rushed or pressured and were comfortable with his suggestions.

Easy to work with. Used the chat after hours and got a response email. Had a special order for a new product that wasn’t on the website. The order was placed and I was able to pick it up at my local Freewheel. Great customer service all around!!!

Went and and had my pedals replaced with the Shimano Ultegra the sales person Jamie was very friendly and put on the new pedals and cleats while I waited. Great service and very friendly.
