Brought in an old 10 speed bike that needed some TLC. Your staff was very courteous and helpful. Told me bike would be ready in a couple of days. Was very surprised when I received a call about an hour and a half later saying the bike was ready. Awesome job Freewheel!!

The staff was friendly, and they seem to be taking Covid safety precautions, which I appreciate. They ended up not calling me to give a final price/final rundown of what they'd be doing to tune up my bike before they completed the job, so I was surprised when they called to tell me it was finished. When I mentioned my surprise, the employee was apologetic, explained that they're working on their processes, and he gave me a discount on the parts. He offered this without being asked and without me first getting upset, so I greatly appreciated his reaction to the situation. It's a large part of why I'd feel comfortable and happy to go back.
