I brought my bike in for a tuneup. Tom and the mechanic helped identify what needed to be replaced and which level of service the bike needed. They were attentive to my needs, made recommendations on parts and listened to my thoughts about the bike. The work was completed within a couple of days and the bike looks new again. I'm looking forward to many more miles on my bike.

The sales person that helped me took a lot of time to explain wind trainers, their relative pros and cons and all the additional accessories I might want to consider. He also was happy to talk about other questions I had (i.e., around Zwift) even though they wouldn't contribute to a sale. Knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. Great experience.

Tom helped me figure out how to install a bike rack on the back of a Framed bike purchased from an outdoors shop. He sold me a rack that was perfect, a front mud guard that will keep my son safe from splash, and rigged up a homemade guard over the back tire that worked around the rack. Super friendly.
