Your staff is so extremely helpful, and they are very positive. I am old and fat and ride an e-bike, and they couldn't be more enthusiastic about my biking. Also, they just...fix stuff. Super fast, utterly reliably. Andrew is especially nice to me, but seriously, everyone is always happy to see me, happy to fix whatever problem I've got, and has good advice. Love them all.

Helpful and efficient service

I received prompt, friendly serivce. I had purchased an accessory at one of the big box sporting goods store and could not get the help I needed to have it installed. I returned the item I had purchased and bought it here.

They had it installed an ready for pick up within a couple hours. During my time there I saw multiple customers receiving the same high level of service.

These people are experts and want to make sure they don't just sell you something, they want to ensure that what you buy is the right thing.

I like that the personnel give thorough explanations and don't seem rushed when talking to me. I also like that they make me feel like a valued customer, either by knowing my name, greeting me in recognition, or even just smiling. In addition, when I have had a continuing bike problem, they work to resolve it.
