I walked into the Richfield store with my son to purchase a couple of tubes for his mountain bike. We started looking around a bit, and even though there were other customers in the store, several employees asked us if we needed any help finding what we needed. Staff was very friendly and made sure we weren't waiting for help at any time.

Richfield service staff was incredible! They performed a quick once over of my brake problem, identifying the issue and potential fix and provided an estimate on time/cost of repair. The actual repair was completed in less than a day! Meanwhile, Minnetonka location looked briefly at my bike and then said it would be at least 3 weeks before they would be able to look at and potentially make repairs
