You left screws off the oil protector cover. It was hanging off the bottom of my car with only one screw in it!

Quality Control needs improvement, had a brake fluid exchange done, the technician made a little bit of a mess under the hood and didn't clean up well behind himself, brought the issue to management, eventually a manager had the techs bring my vehicle back in so they could do the cleanup properly for a total of three attempts to correct a clean up. I will recommend people to jiffy lube, for OIL CHANGES ONLY.
I will be sure to let every disabled veteran like myself that I know to be careful when letting Jiffy Lube in Glen Burnie handle anything other then oil changes.
Had to wait five minutes for the technicians to stop screwing around in the bay and then when I went into the office I smell nothing but weed
