Fast , friendly and easy to talk with.
I usually use jiffy lube because of the customer service and the quick assistance. However I was not informed that my coolant level was low nor was I offered their top off service. My car overheated the next day with no warning.
In and out in under 15 minutes. Love it.
Stole a winter hat off my backseat. Set all my tires to different air pressures, over inflating 2 of them.

I arrived at 45 minutes to closing. Much "quicker" than anticipated, AND coffee was still available and HOT. So "quick" I didn't have time to finish the coffee!
Your technicians could explain to their customers what exactly they are paying for. Anyone can show the numbers.

I was in and out in 20 minutes with an oil change. They made some recommendations and when I said "not today," no one pushed the issue and I was on with my day. Excellent experience and will go again. If there is any criticism, $100 for an oil change does make me consider doing it myself.

When I drove up I told the person that greeted me that I was concerned about the tire pressure. When I was about to pay for my service I asked about the tire pressure. He went out onto the floor to ask the team that worked on my car. Apparently up until that point they had NOT checked my tire pressure.

It was friendly and quick. They focused on the business at hand. I enjoy seeing that the manager all the time, he’s very professional with his team. Although they seem like interns or high school students learning.
The air in my tires weren’t checked. I still have a low pressure sensor lit on my console. The also drove cars out of garage and left the cars open with keys in the ignition

The knowledge, friendliness and quick service
The staff is very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, they make suggestions, but they do not pressure you to do them, which makes me want to do the suggested services. Our family has 5 cars, and we only come to this location for service.
