Fast, convinient, and afordable.
First, you guys were very fast and friendly so that is a positive.
My worry was that you didn’t do the whole check and check all of the fluids- just changed my oil. I had a groan from the turning of the wheel so I knew something was needed for the steering. Only I after I was being checked out did I ask about that fluid, and so they filled that. No groans now. But I am still worried that the radiator fluid wasn’t checked. My plan is to go by and ask them to check and fill it but it is an extra trip that should have been checked.
Lastly, my usual place did not have te oil filter for my 1997 car so that’s why I ended up at Pasadena. Severna park recommended them.

I specifically asked to lube front end. Receipt shows 10 fittings lubed. No fittings lubed.
Receipt shows coolant ok. Reservoir empty and cap missing.
Receipt shows air filter ok. Air filter never checked. (I was sitting in the vehicle).
I was quickly in and out with no problems. Have been going to this location for years. Always satisfied.

Cuz they failed to put all my oil in my oil change and made my engine dry my check engine light came on and then they want to top it off that don't work you can blow someone's engine and if they paying for the oil to be changed you supposed to give them all that they supposed to get
