Everyone was friendly, and was in and out quickly.
Prices and consistency in providing extra services like vacuuming and windshield cleaning. I don’t always get it.
I arrived at last Saturday at 4:39pm and could not get an oil change. The workers reported that those that change oil left (for the day...lights were off downstairs and no one was there). I expect that when the shop is open I can get an oil change. They said, "it had been slow for the last hour"

I came in for a top off on my wife's car. When I came in the tech told me that it was my last top because I hadnt been in for awhile. I told him I understand and her car had been in the shop awhile. He interrupted me and said "I don't care where you brought it before, I'm talking about here!" I bring all three of my vehicles there for services, and I had never seen this tech and didn't want to cause a scene so I let it go. But I feel that professional courtesy should still be shown to all customers. If I had responded to one of my soldiers in that manner for no apparent reason I was have been in trouble.

I came in to get oil changed on my 2018 Mercedes GLC 300. The oil change and filter were successfully completed but the message saying oil change was due still showing up in the panel. When I asked them to clear the message , they said they couldn’t do it that I have to go to Mercedes dealership for that . Really? I had it clear before at the same shop. One of the technicians even said that his sister drive the same car and they never were able to clear the message. I was disappointed by the responses. I was able to clear the message my self. It’s fine to say you don’t know how to do it and seek knowledge ( it’s called YouTube video )rather than telling me isn’t possible that I have to go to the dealership.
