The employee was great they had me in and out and did wonderful job
While they were quick, things were not completely done properly. When I asked for synthetic oil, they sold me the full synthetic, not the blend. I did not know they had the blend until it was too late. Vacuuming could have been better. Windows were done half-assed.
They got me in and out in a timely manner, customer service was Great!
Make sure your techs reset the maintenance setting warnings - my TPS warning went off because the alarm was not reset after checking the tire pressure

It's always a great time to visit Jiffy Lube...The waiting time is never long....The staff is well organized and assure you how long you have to wait . The waiting room is clean and I love the coffee and cookies....Hats off to everyone that works at the Pikesville Jiffy Lube.....
