This was the only visit in 20 years we had trouble. Over the years there has never been a hiccup! Today took forever for a simple oil change plus whatever the mechanic saw was needed. The plug on the transmission fluid was jammed on too tight and was damaged when they finally got it off. They went to the Subaru dealer and got a new plug. The manager apologized and said he would give us a discount, which he forgot to do later.

I generally go to Annapolis for my oil changes tire rotation. This particular time I went to Gambrills because it was on my way home. The service was good, but the price was too high $13 coupon was all they had available.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

2 days after my Service, my car had a low fluid warning for antifreeze. It was low, very low.
There is no leak. Obviously, the crew did not perform the necessary check as promised.
