How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

I come to Jiffy Lube for convenience even though it seems expensive. I am probably atypical, but I would never use a Jiffy Lube for other service. I have a mechanic for that. So, when I come there, the people make offers for additional service that I'm not going to accept no matter what (my mind is made up before I arrive). To be fair to them, I tell them on arrival "Just the oil change, please, I don't want anything else." Nonetheless, they always bring me a dirty oil filter or show me interval services that might be needed. When I again tell them, "No thanks," they often have more to say, such as, "Our price is hardly more than the cost of one of these filters." You must really incentivize those folks to upsell customers, because they are trying VERY hard!
It's the strong-arm tactics that turn me off. I guess that works on some people, but not me. You need to teach listening skills and basic social cues to your employees if you want me to say good things about your shop. I'll keep coming back, but I'm not willing to say you treat me well. I hope this helps. You can contact me if it would help you in some way, but don't bother if you hope to change my mind by talking. If you want me to change my opinion about you -- fix what's broken.
