Josh called significantly earlier than the appointment, which was fine with us since we were ready for him. He came in wearing a mask, which we appreciated, although we decided it wasn't necessary since he is fully vaccinated and so are we. He was cheerful and definitely promoted the advantages of Zerorez over competitors. He was here for awhile and I believe he cleaned the carpet as well as anyone could. Thank you, Zerorez.

I like that the carpet service is “clean” and natural. That the products used do not have harsh chemicals, and that afterwords it did not have a musty water smell or wet dog smell. The carpets looked amazing as well!
