The diagnostic conversation before the cleaning was extremely helpful. Getting to hear the cleaner (Josh) explain what probably caused the carpet stain, which we didn’t know, will help us avoid that situation in the future. Also, he did an amazing job with the cleaning itself (including reaching under a bed) and it looks and smells so much better. Thanks ZeroRez!

I would highly recommend Zerorez for cleaning carpets. They did a wonderful job! Their system did not take as long to dry as others have, and the carpets are really soft! We really noticed a difference between the carpet they cleaned in the hallway, and the bedrooms which were not cleaned! The bedrooms will be our next project for them! A very noticeable difference!

One thing, there were several very wet, areas when she left. The most noticeable was in front of the bathroom it seemed like a puddle. I used towels to soak it and the other areas up. Overall it was a good experience.
