Service was amazing. Hannah was so helpful with getting everything I needed for my appointment. The carpet to our house looks almost new again! We moved into the house and did not even realize how great the carpet looked until we had it cleaned. We will be doing our grout and air ducts in the future and will always use Zerorez now!

Time was taken to explain your product by the staff who did our carpets. The end results are the best we have seen in years compared with your competitors . We will definetly plan on your service in the future.
I am a very happy repeat customer and my carpet has never been so clean fresh and soft. I just tried their upholstery cleaning and was amazed at the results. It’s like my sofa and chairs are brand new now after the cleaning. Amazing how great Zerorez is compared to their inferior competitors. Highly recommend you try them and you too will be convinced of their superior product and technicians.

When the last time the guy did carpet at other home they were soaked and took couple days to dry
The diagnostic conversation before the cleaning was extremely helpful. Getting to hear the cleaner (Josh) explain what probably caused the carpet stain, which we didn’t know, will help us avoid that situation in the future. Also, he did an amazing job with the cleaning itself (including reaching under a bed) and it looks and smells so much better. Thanks ZeroRez!

I would highly recommend Zerorez for cleaning carpets. They did a wonderful job! Their system did not take as long to dry as others have, and the carpets are really soft! We really noticed a difference between the carpet they cleaned in the hallway, and the bedrooms which were not cleaned! The bedrooms will be our next project for them! A very noticeable difference!
The non-chemical cleaning. My sister's old carpet that you did 2 months ago came out great. I have not seen it that clean in years-even though it was cleaned a couple of times from the usual rug cleaners.
