After cleaning my carpet last week my carpet looks terrific (amazing for as old as the carpet is)! They were able to get several spots out in my living room area that the previous carpet cleaner was unable to do. I especially love that they use no chemicals and I was excited to see how much dirt, hair, dust, etc that they were able to pull up and get rid of!! They are very friendly, right on time, with a call ahead to alert me they were coming and when they would arrive, and Josh took the time to answer some questions I had and was very informative. I have found my new favorite carpet cleaners!!!!
Josh did a good job for us. Stain didn't come out the first time so he returned and re cleaned it.It is an improvement.
The service was outstanding! Their water method and procedure on carpet cleaning is not only interesting, it gets your carpet super clean and dirt doesn't track as quickly as traditional ways with chemicals. Absolutely love it!

I have used Zerorez twice now and have absolutely nothing but GLOWING reviews for this company and the process they use to clean carpets. I feel the difference when I walk on my carpets after they are dry...they are soft with no residual residue from chemicals. I have 2 dogs and feel so comfortable with them walking, laying, and playing on the carpets afterward. They are easy to schedule with and the staff is extremely friendly! Your technicians are courteous and, for the most part, within the 2 hour time window given at the time of appointment scheduling. Process is quick and well done. Things are left in the shape they were when technician arrived.
The technician was very thorough and went above and beyond. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and knowing that the clean carpets will last longer due to the zero residue left behind and attracting new dirt is a definite plus.

My 2 1/2yr old granddaughter accidentally spilled almost awhole bottle of Robin egg blue nail polish on my living room carpet, they came a few days later & were able to remove almost all of it!! Very happy with the service & people were also very nice & professional! I have had them out a few times now & will definately have them clean my carpets & furniture in the future
