The tech was honest about the potential to be able to remove all the pet spots. He did a general cleaning and warned me it wouldn’t completely remove the stains but it would help and it is much better than it was!

He did a great job with the living room, hallway & stairs(they look amazing!!) My only complaint is the one bedroom (which was extremely filthy, but all the way around the edges of the bedroom its still very dirty & there are a few spots it looks like he missed
