Zerorez was recommend to me by Migala Carpet in Kalamazoo. I was a bit hesitant as I was not at all familiar with Zeroez but figured if a major carpet store recommended them they have to be pretty solid. And Zerorez did not disappoint. Booking an appointment was easy and quick. The gentleman who did the service (Josh) called before he arrived and was super polite, generous and professional. Prior to cleaning, he walked me through some problem areas and suggested how he'd like to address them. Then he spent several hours cleaning the carpets and at the end of the day they turned out fantastic. Honestly, I could not be happier with the service, price and overall value. I would highly recommend them!!

Josh did a phenomenal job cleaning our sectional! We had a lot of water marks and overall needed a good clean. Our couch looks so much better now! We will be using again for other upholstery in our home in the future.
I like that they aren't putting chemicals in my carpet. My carpets look amazing, my daughter came over today & says "the carpet smells brand new!!" I wouldn't trust my carpet being cleaned by any other company... they really are the BEST!!

A good carpet cleaning with minimal scent
Does great work, stains come out, odors gone, rakes carpet, he’s clean and leaves everything clean and tidy. Prices are affordable and a genuinely nice guy. My whole family uses him, i do and many of my friends.
No mess, application much less involved than other cleaning techniques, carpet less wet. One person does it all. My tech was great!
I like that you dont use typical shampoos and there are no strong smells or residue left after carpet cleaning. I like the ease of scheduling and the employees have been great.

Zerorez is thorough with carpet cleaning, they not only clean your carpet, they pre-stain treat, pet-odor treat, they rake the carpet after and take great care in protecting your home. Wall corner protectors, shoe covers, and a very friendly staff. I have referred this company to two other people who also love them! They definitely stand out with high quality service.
