We had Zerorez clean our living room carpet and two stairways. Josh did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results. Subsequently, I had them come back and clean the dining room area rug and that turned out very nice as well. I really liked the idea of a no-residue cleaning as we have very active dogs and a definite traffic pattern in the living room. The carpet and area rug look great!
Setting up the appointments was easy and Josh notified me when he was on his way. We are really happy with Zerorez and I will recommend to anyone in the Grand Rapids area that needs carpet cleaning.

The staff are so kind and efficient. Never try to over sell you on what you've chosen. The end product is amazing. When my carpets dry they are so soft and I know they are pet friendly to walk on afterwards. I will only use ZeroRez for cleaning my carpets.
