My carpet was dirty, i mean really dirty after not having it cleaned for years. The first company that cleaned it was not good and did an awful job leaving the carpet soaked and smelling like wet dog.
Zerorez was so much better all the way around, they were Friendly, efficient, reliable, did an incredible job making my house smell fresh and clean, leaving the older carpet looking new. I will most definitely be calling this company to clean my carpet again. My anxiety is much better.

My service provider was very knowledgeable. I had scheduled for two rooms to be cleaned. But I wanted his opinion also on another rubber backed carpet and a chair. He was willing to do just one side of a cuss ion so I could check the result. I suspected that it was silk but there were no tags on the chair to tell me the make up. He then cleaned the rest of the floors, giving me the time to watch it dry and see the results.
He was very patient with me.

Josh was very friendly and informative. He worked so hard and very thorough. His suggestions to speed up the drying process really worked. Plus, I asked for 2 sets of feet covers for my husband and me, and he supplied. They make a huge difference when you have no choice but to walk on a damp carpet. This is the third time I've used Zerorez. Never disappointed!

Compared to carpet cleaners we have used in the past, Zerorez is the very best! After researching what the most effective method of carpet cleaning is, we found that Zerorez "checked all of the boxes." Josh spent a lot of time on our primary first floor rooms and hallways. We have a dog and two cats and there were some stubborn stains. The stains are totally gone, the carpets are really clean and the rooms smell great, too. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! A great value in all respects.
