Compared to carpet cleaners we have used in the past, Zerorez is the very best! After researching what the most effective method of carpet cleaning is, we found that Zerorez "checked all of the boxes." Josh spent a lot of time on our primary first floor rooms and hallways. We have a dog and two cats and there were some stubborn stains. The stains are totally gone, the carpets are really clean and the rooms smell great, too. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! A great value in all respects.
Clean rugs efficiently

Josh Clark always does an excellent job. Due to a recent robbery, I had fingerprint residue on several carpets and couldn't get it out with regular vacuuming but Josh got it completely back to clean in a jiffy.

Our service provider worked very hard and efficient. We were able to add our three season room and our dining room chairs, that we had not previously requested. We were charged extra for these add on’s of course. Our carpet looks much better, although the traffic areas are not perfect. That is to be expected. Although he worked very hard on the dining room chairs, when they dried, they look worse than before they were cleaned I believe because they are old and may have not been cleaned often enough over the years and may need to be recovered. As far as the zero product and services concerned, I think they did the best job that they possibly could. We have used Zerorez several times in Arizona and when we bought our condo in Holland, Michigan and needed our carpet cleaned, we immediately looked to see if Zerorez was in the area because we’ve always been satisfied with their services over any other company we have used in the past. We highly recommend Zerorez.

It was the first time we used Zerorez for our home. Six areas took 2 hours and the 8 year old carpet looked new again. The technician was friendly and professional. There was very little water in the carpet, so it dried quicker than expected. I've used many other carpet cleaners and Zerorez is far better in price, results and quality.
