I've used another service provider 1 time in between and after the other service, it was just a few short months that I could see traffic wear starting up again. With this service, the oils and dirt has nothing to cling to and the result is significantly longer before I need to call them back.

Was pleasantly surprised to learn about the first part where deep dirt is raised up from deep in the carpet. Always pleased to see stains gone and the carpet looking new, and dries quickly.

I like how your technicians kept me up to date on their ETA and gave me enough notice that they were on their way so I could still go about my day and not be waiting around in the 3 hour window.

The crew did an amazing job!!!! Very friendly and professional. We had some pretty tuff spots in a newly purchased home and they made the carpet and smell return to normal. We would and will recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Lower water usage, no harsh chemicals. The ladies were professional and friendly. No marks on my walls and they finished in about 90 minutes. Great job!

I can't say enough good things about the service that we received from Josh. I had a couch for 8 months and was starting to see a pink tint to the fabric and terrible water marks. Josh came out to clean the couch and after some investigation on his part, we found that the couch has been mislabled!! Josh is in the process of writing a summary of his findings so I can bring it to the attention of the manufacturer.

The cleaning smell wasn't overwhelming and was mostly gone by the end of the day. Natalie was friendly and professional and cleaned our carpets quickly and efficiently.
