The process itself is very through. I’ve had you clean my carpets twice. The first time it took them 4 hours. This last time was an hour and a half. I’m not sure if I’m completely satisfied this time. I feel like he hurried through my living w, and it appears to have treats in the carpet?? But As far as cleanliness goes, it’s amazing!!

He did a great job with the living room, hallway & stairs(they look amazing!!) My only complaint is the one bedroom (which was extremely filthy, but all the way around the edges of the bedroom its still very dirty & there are a few spots it looks like he missed
