The driver was an expert in driving "backwards" down our driveway --no turn around. Also, he was very friendly and forthcoming with information about the tankage.
The propane is delivered in a timely manner, so I don't have to worry about it. The drivers are polite, professional, and considerate. I've not had any reason to complain about Quarles' service.

All of the employees I've spoken to (either on the phone or in person) have been very helpful, courteous, and professional. Each delivery driver has been friendly and personable. I especially appreciate not having to monitor the amount of propane in my tank myself and then having to call for service if propane is needed. It is now automatically calculated by your company and refilling is done automatically...ensuring that propane is available whenever I need it.
We like using Quarles/Superior gas and services however we experience long wait time (4-6 hrs) on the telephone to request delivery while the system does not allowed ordering online. We finally get the gas delivery.
