Post on website that you are not really affiliated with BSW and they there is a facility charge that doesn’t get billed to insurance. Totally out of pocket: otherwise, care was excellent.

The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. The hospital is very clean and the lobby is so welcoming. The nurses and my helper were so nice and knowledgeable. Everyone made my procedure so much more easier than I thought it would be.

The staff was amazing from the ladies at the front desk to the nurses and doctors everyone was amazing. The waiting area is absolutely beautiful.

Response was quick; doctor was patient and took the time to run tests and explain everything in detail. Most importantly, medications prescribed worked very well.

Friendly and efficient staff

Best delivery I could have ever had. Having my first child here was amazing! Kristin was the best labor and delivery nurse. She made me feel confident, comforted and informed. Post partum, Cecilia, Linda and Jenny were also great and fun to be around. I also loved that this hospital had a nursery. Blakelee was the sweetest and felt like she would take care of my baby while I slept! Overall amazing stay. Can’t wait to have another little one with you guys!

The professionalism of the staff and their caring for the welfare of the patients.

The check in process at the front desk the day of surgery as well as when I went for Pre-Op was very slow.
In Pre-Op the day of surgery, the nurse was not able to get my IV the first time and had to call another nurse. My husband had the same nurse previously for a procedure, and the same thing happened. In Post Op I had an ice pack laid across my ankle after hammer toe surgery. The nurse said to put ice on 30 minutes and off 30 minutes when I returned home that day. My take home written instructions said nothing about ice. I decided to check back with the doctor's office, and my surgeon did not want any ice applied because he wanted to make sure the bandage stayed dry and didn't want me to accidentally get frost bite. When I received instructions back from the surgeon's office, I had already used ice all the first day.
The surgery went well, and I was pleased with the nurses and doctors in the OR. My pre-op experience with the nurse and nurse practitioner the week before surgery went very well.

Overall service is awesome. Our heartfelt gratitude to all the doctors, nurses during our childbirth. It was a wonderful stay there.

Had the most amazing care from the moment we walked in until the time we left. Check in, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. were all AMAZING!

The facility is nice, with nice people. Well cordinated
