I went through check-in very quickly and was in an examination room within minutes. Nurse was fantastic and doctor got down to business.
You never contacted me after my surgery to see how I was doing. I was in so much pain and after I called my Dr Knoll who also didn’t call me to see how I was doing I had to wait 3 days to get the pharmacy to get the right pain meds. I am 6 days post surgery and still no one has asked how I am. With a lot of swelling and pain after this wrist fusion I wish I had ever had it done.

Best birth and postpartum experience! Every nurse and doctor was amazing! I felt like both baby and I were very well taken care of. Everyone was so great with communicating and it was the best experience I have had with a hospital to date!

Everybody was amazing! I went to the wrong kind of hospital and they still saw me and helped me!! I'm new from the state of Maine and went to Texas hospital first and they were so mean to me that I had to check myself out and leave and you guys went and took care of me from their mess up and gave me medicine for my infection that they gave me in my arm and it was just a wonderful place with wonderful people! Thank you !!!
Too many marketing calls coming through to patients. I couldn’t get a good rest after delivering my baby due to the incessant calls I was receiving for one promotional offer or the other. This was extremely frustrating…. Other than that, it was a decent experience and the staff were quite friendly, warm and professional.
