My bike was serviced and every person that I spoke to during the wait and eventual repair were very helpful and knowledgeable and when I got the bike back it was in super condition, this is my first experience with a bike in almost 55 years and I will definitely recommend this store

Staff check with me at each step of the project
* FULL tune up
* changing to winter tires w initial tubeless setup on the stock rims
* add dropper
* add steering kit to relax head angle

Staff let me know what the options issues and reminded me to bring in seat post clamp so that the seat /project was COMPLETE ready to ride

EXCELLENT work and communication

still pretty dry out these so mostly riding hardtail but will give more fdback on GOOGLE when i get out on trail and pics THANKS AGAIN First name removed

Good service. The bike is working great. From a customer service perspective. It would have been good for the technician to explain a bit more about what was going to be done with the tune up and repair, then also go through things once the bike was picked up.
