Friendly and professional.
I use Evolution cycles for parts and tricky repairs, like threading an internal cable with no fish, or advice on rebuilding a rear hub that wobbles or repacking bearing on the steering stem. This not to mention a set of wheels that they built, that I use for fully loaded touring: still straight and true.
I cannot give enough praise for the staff and especially the mechanics. I have been a loyal customer with them for quite a few years and will continue to be so.
Just a good service one should expect from a local bike shop.

Mike at Evolution was great, I came in last minute before a vacation and he was able to repair my bike in a couple of hours and was able to bring my bike on the road trip. A big thank you to the team at Evolution Cycles. Tip: If you drive there with Google, drive around the side for parking and enter from the back door.

I would highly recommend Evolution cycle. Both myself and my family have bought bikes and merchandise. There service department is top notch and extremely knowledgeable and there sales staff are friendly and do not try and sell you something you do not need like the big box stores. The one thing is they are also cycling riders and enthusiasts and the store just has that family atmosphere.
