The products themselves are of a high quality.

The customer service is fantastic. You actually help the customer (me) achieve what the customer wants. The bike shop I dealt with before, for many years because I didn’t know about you guys, wouldn’t help me with anything that “wasn’t immediately in the store”. They wouldn’t help me fix my bikes with parts that needed to be ordered; they wouldn’t bother to look up the parts to see if they were available. They wouldn’t order parts or products for me. They only wanted to sell items already in their store. If they couldn’t make a sale right then and there, they weren’t even interested in talking to me - they just brushed me off. At least that is how the owner of the store behaved. Other staff members were pleasant to deal with, but the owner was not. Not good customer service. Now that I’be found you guys, I don’t plan on going back to that other store.

OK, I gave you guys a "10", but don't get complacent!

I like the fact that when you guys say you're going to do something for the customer (me) you really do it! Many other shops give me lip service and don't follow up on my inquiries in a decent time-frame or not at all. That to me is inexcusable! And I'm a nice guy! WTF!??

Also, I'm more interested in your excellent customer service and knowledge about your products than saving a few bucks. Actually, your prices are very decent and competitive. In fact, I probably save a bit by purchasing from you.
