Good service. The bike is working great. From a customer service perspective. It would have been good for the technician to explain a bit more about what was going to be done with the tune up and repair, then also go through things once the bike was picked up.

Great quality service
Generally friendly, knowledgeable staff, with two outliers to date. One regarding buying a touring rim for my bike, the staff person picked one that only takes up to 28mm tires, the other time I was gettting a derailleur for a friend and the staff sold me and sram, without asking or telling me that they are not compatable with shimano shifters, so then had to get a shifter as well. Other than that, I am very happy with the advice I get. Also your prices are very competitive, e.g., the KMC x9 chain I just bought, Urbane cyclist and Amazon both were above your price, Urbane, quite a bit. I am very happy to support a local business

I needed to have both of my bicycles fixed within four business days. I was told, based on the current high demands and frequent use of bicycles during the pandemic, it would take at least five days to fix one bike. I had both bikes fixed in four days. I brought them in on a Tuesday, both were fixed by Friday.
Skillful
One bike was like brand new after it was fixed ! A technician called me to discuss what was needed once something new was discovered during the fixing.

All three employees that I had met were very polite and courteous.
I like your products and service and you did what you told ,but I would say something that you may not like it ,you guys are pricey.
