I needed to have both of my bicycles fixed within four business days. I was told, based on the current high demands and frequent use of bicycles during the pandemic, it would take at least five days to fix one bike. I had both bikes fixed in four days. I brought them in on a Tuesday, both were fixed by Friday.
Skillful
One bike was like brand new after it was fixed ! A technician called me to discuss what was needed once something new was discovered during the fixing.

All three employees that I had met were very polite and courteous.

I found out about Evolution Cycle by searching for a product online (Giro Vanquish Helmet). I was very impressed by the level of Customer Service provided. I wish I got the name of the person who helped me... He was great and very knowledgeable. From inquiring about a product over the phone, to testing it out at the store and ultimately making the purchase - the overall experience was fantastic and greatly appreciated. I was also thankful I got such a competitive price for this helmet. I will definitely be back and sing the praises of how great you guys are. Thank-you!!!!

When I ordered the Wahool Kickr Core trainer online Ricky called me the next day to ask me questions about if the trainer will fit my needs and bike. And I had some questions and he answered them for me right away. He said he will update the software and when I went to the store to pay for the trainer and gave them the cassette to install on the trainer as well as assemble the trainer for me. Mike showed me what parts I needed to put on the trainer before I put my bike on the trainer. Everyone there is friendly and the service was fast and efficient. Thanks.
